THE MANUAL

Find your way around.

Every screen, where each setting lives, and what to do when something stops. Written for the Mac development preview, not a polished production release.

The short version

If you only remember one thing: the app does the repetitive work, but it will stop and ask whenever an answer is not in your profile or is one only you can give.

Add a job
Queue → paste a Greenhouse or Ashby link (or a company careers-page link) → Add to queue.
Start work
The bottom bar → Start applying. Jobs run one at a time.

History → choose an application → stage, timeline, documents, and the confirmation page.
Change facts

Change model
Settings → How answers are written.

How the app thinks

The profile is the source of truth

Applications are filled from your confirmed profile first, then answers you saved once, then the model. If a fact is not there, the app stops rather than inventing it.

One application at a time

The queue works through jobs in order. You can reorder what waits, pause after the current job, or stop immediately. The Mac has to stay awake.

Your first three applications wait for you Even with Submit it for me selected, the first three verified submissions need your approval. After that, complete applications can be sent automatically. Anything uncertain still stops.

About this preview

This is a native SwiftUI Mac app for Apple Silicon. It supports Greenhouse and Ashby, either directly or through a company careers page. Lever and Workday are not supported. Intel Macs, Windows, and Linux are not supported.

The app keeps each account's data on this Mac under ~/Library/Application Support/Job Applicator. Cloud features such as workspace sync and Discover need a configured account and service. Read the product site for the current availability and limitations, or the privacy notice for what leaves the Mac.
