WAITING ON YOU

Needs you

Everything the app cannot finish alone. A list on the left, the selected item on the right, like Mail. When this screen is empty, nothing is blocking the queue.

This row is only visible when it has something If Needs you is missing from the sidebar, nothing is waiting. When it appears, the number is how many entries there are.

Questions

These are fields an application asked for that the app could not answer confidently. They are grouped by application, so one visit can clear several fields on the same form.

For each question you can:

Saving answers puts the jobs that asked back in the queue to run again. The answers are remembered and reused whenever a form asks the same thing. The note under the heading says what happened: how many were saved and which applications were re-queued.

Answer once, use everywhere If a question is really a permanent fact, use Add these to my profile instead. That opens the relevant Profile section so the fact is available to every future application, not just this one.

Decisions

Some agreements are employer-specific and legally sensitive. The app will not guess them. Examples include background checks, arbitration agreements, drug screens, and credit checks. You choose once per category:

The choice is remembered for later applications. Review it before applying somewhere with stricter requirements. The app still asks you to review the exact wording on any application that requires a fresh acknowledgement.

Review

An application that is filled and waiting for your approval appears here with the label Review. The detail shows:

Then press Submit application or Don't submit. Nothing is sent until you press Submit application. Approving a new document style also approves that style for later applications.

Check

A job that stopped appears here with the label Check. The message says what happened; the buttons depend on the reason:

ButtonWhen to use it
ContinueA security code is needed. The application runs again in a visible browser so you can enter the new code.
Try againThe failure looks temporary. The job goes back in the queue.
I applied myselfYou completed the application in the employer's site. The app records it as applied instead of retrying.
RemoveTake it out of the queue. History keeps the record.

Some states have no retry button on purpose: a duplicate, a closed posting, or an unconfirmed profile. The message tells you what to fix first. For an unconfirmed profile, Confirm my profile goes straight there.

Where answers go

Answers saved here are stored with the account and reused. You can see and edit the whole library in Profile → Saved answers. Editing one there changes it for every future application.

When it is empty

The screen says You're all caught up and offers Back to the queue. That is the normal state. Questions, reviews, and checks only appear while an application needs you.
